Priscilla Emily (Parsons) Kibbee died December 22, 2022 at Mercy House Hospice in Binghamton NY after a brief battle with cancer.

Priscilla was born in Oswego NY and graduated from Mexico High School. In 1971 she graduated from Saint Vincent's school of nursing on Staten Island with an associate degree in nursing. She then relocated to Florida where she continued her education and earned a masters in education.

Most of her nursing focus was mental health, but she also worked in Home Health Care. She wrote and coauthored several books/manuals on quality assurance and risk management. She even created her own job description in Risk management and took a short-term hospital assignment in Saudi Arabia.

She married the love of her life (Bruce Kibbee) in 1975 and relocated to New Hampshire. While in NH she worked at the Brattleboro retreat as the director of education.

She had several passions: traveling, creating wearable art, reading, visiting museums and teaching. She was an absolute wealth of knowledge. She traveled all over the world collecting textiles and sewing notions to include in her wearable art. Her favorite passion was travel. She was truly in her element when boarding an airplane off to another adventure.

She enjoyed teaching and taught quilting and English to schoolchildren in Nepal, and seminole patchwork to seamstresses in Thailand and Turkey. She sponsored and followed several children's schooling in Guatemala.

We will miss you, Priscilla!
